Christmas is a deliciously busy time for us elves - our turn around time is 7-10 full working days as we need hot cocoa breaks occasionally
We truly aim to share the scrumptiousness as widely as possible - however this means entrusting our delicate delectable goodie parcels with postal services.
We currently ship within Europe, the U.S.A and Canada
Within the UK we have had no issues with the state of the parcels however we have encountered some problems with rough handling further a field. We do not want to have to limit sharing as much as possible. We pack the parcels with love and care (and plenty of padding) so unfortunately we are not responsible for the state of the parcel when it arrives - this is a postal service case.
Please be mindful that we cannot control the way the parcels are sometimes unfortunately flung around therefore we cannot refund parcels but advise you to take it up with the postal service involved.
Refund are at the retailers discretion unless the goods are faulty through the process of making; this means that we can only refund a goodie if it really is faulty. We cannot unfortunately refund items which are not to your taste or have been damaged in the postage journey.
We can accept returns on unopened Main Collection goodies as long as return postage is covered by customer; we will refund you for the goodie cost.
We cannot accept returns on Limited Edition goodies as they cannot go back into stock.
Our goodies are Cosmetic Safety Assessment Certified and comply within EU regulations in accordance with IFRA Standards
